Change Negotiations
New Perimeter provides assistance to the Government of Georgia's Ministry of Environment and Natural Resources Protection to support the country's participation in international climate change negotiations, including the Conference of the Parties (COP) of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) and the Meeting of the Parties of the Kyoto Protocol (KP).
