About our work

New Perimeter was invited by the Tanzania Office of the Attorney General to provide pro bono training courses on negotiations and international arbitration to Tanzanian government lawyers. The negotiations training course used an experiential learning model based on a simulated negotiation of an international transaction between a multinational corporation and a government-controlled company in a fictitious African country. The training on international arbitration provided an overview of international arbitration, with the interests of the Government of Tanzania in mind, including drafting dispute resolution clauses, international commercial arbitration and investment treaty arbitration.
