Legal Bisnow - Negotiating in Tanzania

Jay Finkelstein discusses his pro bono experience in Tanzania teaching an international negotiations course to government lawyers through New Perimeter.  Jay joined a team of DLA Piper lawyers from the US, Europe and Asia to deliver a week-long training session to lawyers from the Tanzania Attorney General's office and various other ministries.  The training focused on negotiating natural resource contracts with multinational corporations.
