Supporting Women Lawyers in Kosovo
Project location: Kosovo
Dates: 2013 - 2015
About our work
New Perimeter assisted the Gender Committee of the Kosovo Bar Association (KBA) on strategies to increase the number of Kosovar women in the legal profession. The New Perimeter team conducted a series of workshops in Kosovo for the Gender Committee and helped its members produce a three-year strategic plan aimed at increasing female bar membership and retention. They also led in-country consultations with female lawyers, law students and women’s organizations and participated in events designed to inform and encourage women to pursue a legal career.
