New Vision - Lawyers tipped on drafting better agreements

The Attorney General of Uganda, Fred Ruhindi, compelled lawyers working in East Africa to negotiate better contracts for efficient management of the region’s vast resources. These remarks were made during New Perimeter and the East African Development Bank's training program provided to government lawyers from Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda and Uganda.
