Lawyers from DLA Piper and the firm’s nonprofit, New Perimeter, in collaboration with The East African Development Bank, will provide training to regional lawyers from Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda and Uganda on negotiating transactions and drafting agreements for the extractive and other industries.
