1.  What inspired you during the project?

The students.  The level of interest in the subject, the hunger to learn, the well-considered and challenging questions through-out the week.  But most of all, the analysis and focus on how SEZs could play a role, or a better role, in their home countries around Africa - that was a key part of the original inspiration for this project when created all those years ago.

2.  What was the most fulfilling aspect of the work?

Having been heavily involved in the SEZ sector for many years now and lecturing remotely on this program, I loved seeing the way it came together - from the US-based New Perimeter team project managing, the planning that has gone into the content, the interaction between the lecturers on the ground and those subject matter experts that appeared on the screen, to the lunch discussions with small groups of students each day, and knowing it has made an impact.

3.  What one word describes your involvement?

Privileged.  To have had the opportunity.  To be at a firm which gives back in meaningful and innovative ways like this.  To have had those personal interactions with students, to have a new friend in the firm in Jeremy Lustman and to see the way the students really engaged with Paivi Adeniyi who has mastered the subject matter, is a similar age and lectured so well.  The personal feedback was also inspiring.
