International Bar Association – eyeWitness Witnessing atrocity

New Perimeter Director Lisa Dewey is quoted in an article by the International Bar Association on the potential impact of eyeWitness to Atrocities, a mobile app with the capability to authenticate and securely store footage of gross human rights abuses. New Perimeter assisted the International Bar Association by researching admissibility standards at international, regional and national courts for the development of the mobile app.
